Please Welcome Mary Lynne Zahler to our Team
Hello to All of our Lifeline Subscribers!
I would like to introduce myself to you as the new Lifeline Manager. I started working here at Info Line on January 3, 2005. My actual job title is Manager of the Lifeline, 211, and Information & Referral Programs.
I come to the Lifeline program with many years of professional experience in health and human services. I have held previous management positions at such organizations as Cuyahoga Community College, Medical Mutual, Union Hospital, and Family Services of Summit County where I worked for almost 13 years as a Program Director. Though my formal education is in psychology, counseling, and health education, I consider myself a life-long learner.
I currently live in North Canton with my husband Gary and a menagerie of beloved (but crazy!) pets. Gary also works in Summit County- for the Board of MR/DD. We have been married for almost 17 years- but we hope to make it to 50 at least! We both share many of the same interests including tennis, running, and reading. Also, Gary is a terrific cook, so that helps a LOT!!!!! J
Here at Lifeline we have excellent staff, and we strongly believe in providing you and our community with outstanding quality service overall. I am very excited to be working here, and I look forward to serving you and hopefully getting to know YOU better in the near future!
Sincerely Yours,
Mary Lynne Zahler

From you ...
One of our Lifeline clients, David Siegel, would like to share with all of us, a poem that he wrote. This is a poem he wrote in honor of our service men and women.
I pray for our “Men and Women”
Who serve our country true,
I’m so very proud of you.
As “Old Glory” waves its colors
The Red, the White, and the Blue,
Thank you for protecting us
For that’s the right thing to do!
Whether you fight here, or across the sea
I’m so glad you’re fighting to protect me.
