Please Welcome Allison to our Team!

Hello there! I am so excited to be your newest Lifeline Specialist! Brandy has told me how wonderful and kind all of you are. I really look forward to hearing all of your voices as you do your monthly tests! Please allow me to describe a little bit about myself. I am a recent graduate from Miami University of Ohio. I graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and a focus in Family Studies. I am also an Emergency Medical Technician. Before I come in to work at Lifeline in the mornings, I first teach fitness classes at the Natatorium in Cuyahoga Falls. Well, I just wanted to let you all know that I am thrilled to be a member of the Lifeline team, and I look forward to speaking with you in the future!

Sincerely yours,

Allison Truax

With Allison joining us, Brandy will be saying Goodbye

I would like to say Goodbye to all of our Lifeline subscribers and their families. I have been working in Lifeline for just over 5 years and have enjoyed my time with all of you very much. I have been talking to all of you while in the office since October of last year, and I was in the field at many of your homes during the years before that. I will be remaining at Info Line, now working in our Access to Care program. With the recent birth of my daughter, Sydney, the new position’s schedule will be better for me and my family. Allison will be taking care of the office now, and she will also assume the role of putting out this little newsletter that I have been doing for the last 3 years. Please be patient with her as she learns the ropes--as I know you will be--and be as kind to her as you have been to me.

Sincerely,

Brandy Cramer
