Community Voice Mail

CVMHelps people living in poverty, transition and homelessness rebuild their lives by connecting them to jobs, housing, information and hope through a personal voice mail box.  Caller hears only the voice of the client, just as if they had reached a home phone.  Click here to learn more.

Homeless Management Information System

hmisHosts implementation of a community database used to collect data for homeless services agencies within the local Continuum of Care.  Includes technical support, training, and agency networking. Click here to learn more.

Lifeline

Lifeline woman shadowProvides emergency alarm monitoring for older adults and people with disabilities. A monitoring device is installed in the home and a message is relayed to a response center if there is a problem. A trained specialist then dispatches appropriate assistance. MedAssist

prescription shadowProvides financial assistance with prescriptions and limited medical supplies for individuals who are without health insurance coverage, but do not qualify for other assistance programs. Click here to learn more.

Project Connect

Assists non-profit organizations in upgrading their technology capabilities and utilizing their resources more effectively. Welcome to Info Line

Info Line is Summit County's 24-hour community information and referral service, answering 75,000 incoming calls annually to link people in need of services with the providers of such services.

Since its incorporation as a nonprofit in 1975, its central purpose has been to provide access to human service delivery for people in need.  Info Line is one of the first three agencies in the state of Ohio fully accredited by the Alliance of Information and Referral Systems , the international professional organization for the field of information and referral.
