Housing Services

Housing Services coordinates access to homeless shelters, permanent supportive housing, and rent assistance for individuals and families living in Summit County who are homeless or facing eviction.

The Homeless Hotline conducts screening and intakes for most homeless shelters, permanent supportive housing programs, and rent payment assistance programs in Summit County. Rent assistance is primarily for individuals and families currently living in homeless shelters or who have a court ordered eviction notice. Info Line case managers work with each client receiving rent assistance to address their individual barriers to self-sufficiency.
