New in QuickBooks Training:
QuickBooks 1: Setting Up Your Company. Delve into basic operations, focusing on transactions and reports relevant to the nonprofit organization. This class will cover setting up the QuickBooks system … including preferences, customers, accounts, etc., with a focus on nonprofit needs, and get you started with basic transactions. Even if you are currently using QuickBooks, this class can help you figure out how to handle grants and donations more effectively.
QuickBooks 2: Working with Budgets and Grants. This class will review entering and processing invoices, payments, deposits, etc., then move on to budgets and grant allocation. This will also cover financial reports which you can share with your board and funders to measure the impact of your programs, as well as basic donor correspondence and tracking.
QuickBooks 3: Beyond the Ledger. After you've got the basics down, it's time to customize it for your organization's needs. This course is good for people who have been using QB for some time, or those who have completed courses 1 and 2 and are ready for more. We will also look at donor management and advanced grant tracking.
