2018 SUMMER CRISIS PROGRAM
RUNS FROM JULY 1ST TO AUGUST 31ST

Electric assistance available up to $300 for families with household income at or below 175% of 2018 Poverty Guidelines
AND
an elderly member (60+), OR households that can provide physician documentation that cooling assistance is needed for a household members chronic health condition

In 2018, assistance up to $500 is available to customers of unregulated utilities such as electric cooperatives and municipal utilities, like Cuyahoga Falls and Hudson.

Households may receive assistance one time during the program.
