FREE CARE TO INDIVIDUALS WITH NO INSURANCE
AND INCOME AT OR BELOW 200% OF POVERTY LEVEL

Open to all age groups with minor, urgent and acute illnesses and injuries.
Under 17s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian with photo id.

WALK-IN ONLY – NO APPOINTMENTS

Thursdays from 6pm-9pm
(No clinic if a 5th Thursday)

Front Porch Café, 798 Grant St., Akron
Wednesdays from 5pm-8pm
Pediatric Services on Tuesdays 5:30pm-8:30pm

TREATMENT SERVICES
– Sudden illness (cough or cold, stomach pain, sore throat, headache, etc)
– Cuts, sprains, back pain, possible broken bones
– Blood pressure and diabetes checks
– Initial treatment for tooth or eye injury or infection
– Referrals for emergency or follow-up care, including mental health care
– Spiritual and emotional support from a Christian perspective
– Free or discounted prescriptions

NO CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES OR NARCOTICS ARE ON SITE OR PRESCRIBED

Faithful Servants is staffed by professional, licensed clinicians and operates with the faithful support of volunteers
