HEALTH INSURANCE MARKETPLACE OPEN ENROLLMENT ENDS DECEMBER 15TH
FREE Open Enrollment events will offer assistance with signing up for Federally Funded Marketplace insurance on Healthcare.gov.
NO APPOINTMENTS NECESSARY
Free service includes creation of an online account, completing an application, receiving results listing eligible Cost Share Reductions and Premium Tax Credits, and enrolling in the health plan of the attendees choosing.
Documents required are a photo ID, proof of citizenship or lawful residence, proof of refugee status, and proof of income for each household member. Other documents may be required, but the Marketplace will allow extra time for receipt of those documents.
