FREE DIABETES AWARENESS FAIR
WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 1ST

LIGHT REFRESHMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED
AND RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED
From 5-6 p.m., attendees can visit a variety of health and wellness information tables and take advantage of free health screenings, including blood glucose, blood pressure and more. A professional chef and certified diabetes educator will also lead a cooking demonstration to help you prepare for the holidays.
From 6-7 p.m., attendees will hear from some of our expert providers during a panel discussion followed by an open question-and-answer session.
