SIGNET JEWELERS IS HIRING FOR
FULL TIME SEASONAL CUSTOMER CARE
• Provide customers with merchandise, repair, ecommerce and sales assistance via phones, chat, email and social media.
• Process online orders tendered by bankcard, gift card or alternative payment.
• Make profitable decisions that balance sales growth with fraud prevention.
• Independently develop resolutions or responses to any request for assistance by a customer, store associate or bank partner.
• Maintain Quality and Production standards; meet established department service level goals.
• Adhere to company and compliance policies and procedures; ensure all customer confidential or sensitive information is protected and secured at all times; protect existing customers against fraud.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned. Consistent regular scheduled attendance is considered an essential function of this job.
• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Math/Analytical skills.
• Strong follow-up skills.
• Attention to detail, negotiating and problem solving ability.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to conduct research for the purpose of making appropriate decisions.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
