Ohio Senate Bill 337 expands opportunities for individuals to have criminal convictions expunged from their records. Also, the bill allows for the creation of the following: the Certificate of Qualification for Employment; child-support modifications based on actual earnings; juveniles kept in juvenile facilities; and courts developing alternatives to driver’s license suspensions. House Bill 49 mandates that non-violent (F5) individuals be sent to a regional diversion program instead of prison.
