CUYAHOGA FALLS IS OFFERING FREE MEDICAL
IDENTIFICATION BRACELETS & 24/7 EMERGENCY
SUPPORT SERVICE TO RESIDENTS AT RISK OF WANDERING

SERVICES PROVIDED
24-hour emergency response line (1-800-625-3780) that caregivers can call
to report an individual who has wandered or become lost

A community support network that includes the Alzheimer’s Association,
law enforcement agencies and emergency responders who can help reunite
the person who wandered with his/her caregiver or a family member
**************
If a citizen or emergency personnel member finds a resident who has wandered,
they can call the toll-free number listed on person’s ID bracelet

The city has partnered with MedicAlert Foundation and the
Alzheimer’s Association Greater East Ohio Chapter to offer these services.
